Terms of sale
Scope
These terms govern the sale by DYN Services UK Ltd of digital factory specification reports ("build sheets") based on the vehicle identification number (VIN) of a Porsche vehicle, on flat6code.com.
Report content
Where available in the databases consulted, the report lists the original options and equipment with their codes, the engine, gearbox, drivetrain, original delivery country, steering side and production date. The "Full file" offer adds, where available, the history of visits recorded by the Porsche network in Europe and the UK (dates, mileages, workshops, work done, recalls); servicing outside this network is not included. The free decode shown before ordering is derived from the structure of the VIN. The report is not an official manufacturer document, a certificate of authenticity or an inspection of the vehicle's condition.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros including taxes. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
Order and payment
The customer enters the VIN, checks it and confirms the order. Payment is processed by Stripe. The amount is first only authorised on the customer's card and is charged only if the build sheet is found. If no build sheet is found, the authorisation is cancelled and the customer is not charged. For the "Full file" offer, if the build sheet is found but not the service history, only the build sheet price is charged; depending on the bank, it may remain visible for a few days before disappearing.
Comparison rate
After buying a delivered report, the customer gets 30% off further reports for 30 days, for up to 5 reports. The discount applies automatically on the device used for the first purchase, through the link sent by email, or when signed in to the customer area with the same email address. It cannot be combined with Pro prices.
Service history add-on
A customer who bought a build sheet can add the service history for the price difference with the full file (€15.00). The amount is first held on the card and only taken if the history is found; otherwise the hold is cancelled and nothing is charged.
Pro plan
The Pro plan costs €29.00 excl. VAT per month (€34.80 incl. 20% VAT). It gives access, with no quota, to Pro prices: €9.90 excl. VAT per build sheet and €17.90 excl. VAT per full file, each report being paid when ordered, with an invoice. The plan renews every month until cancelled, which the customer can do online at any time from their area ("My account", then "Manage my plan"); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. An invoice is issued at each renewal. Consumers have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw; the first month is then refunded.
VIN accuracy
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the VIN entered. A report delivered for the VIN entered by the customer is payable, even if that VIN does not match the vehicle the customer intended. The site flags detectable inconsistencies before payment.
Delivery
The report is delivered immediately after payment, online (private page and downloadable PDF) and, where the address is known, by email.
Right of withdrawal
The report is digital content supplied immediately. As permitted by applicable law, the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges, by ticking the box provided before payment, that the right of withdrawal is lost once the report has been supplied.
Liability
The data comes from third-party sources and is provided as is. DYN Services UK Ltd does not guarantee its completeness and cannot be held liable for decisions taken solely on its basis. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under the law of their country of residence.
