Data processed
The VIN entered, the email address and payment information provided when ordering (card data is processed directly by Stripe and is not passed to us), the language chosen and the server's technical logs.
Purposes
Delivering the report ordered, emailing the report link, processing payments and complaints, meeting our accounting obligations and preventing abuse. Only with your consent: measuring site traffic to improve it.
Recipients
Providers strictly necessary for the service: Stripe (payment), One Auto API (manufacturing data), the website and database hosts (Vercel, Supabase), Resend (email delivery) and DeepL (translation of technical labels, no personal data). With your consent: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics).
Retention
Reports and orders are kept for as long as needed for the service and for accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. It sets a technical cookie (f6c_consent, 6 months) that stores your choice; after a purchase, a technical cookie (f6c_cmp, 30 days) that remembers your comparison rate; and if you open your customer area through the link sent by email, a technical cookie (f6c_session, 60 days) that keeps you signed in. If you accept, Google Analytics measures traffic (pages viewed, device type, approximate country) using the _ga and _ga_* cookies, kept for up to 13 months; advertising signals are disabled and the address of private reports is not sent. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
